• Prepare written Assessment of Operational “Areas of Concern” for each property      based on site visits. 
• Review Unit Pricing versus Market Rent. 
• Evaluate quality of Staff & Staffing needs (including what training classes each may need to attend) and what training they may need. 
• Inspect “Rent Ready” target units in each floor plan. 
• Evaluation and advisory services customized to Owner’s specific needs.
